Already held Seminars (1) Sexual Harassment Awareness SeminarThe Sexual Harassment Awareness seminar was organized by the Mubashir Bhutta Human Rights (MBHR) in its principal office at Karachi on 1st march 2006 . While addressing to the participants of the seminar Mr.Mubashar Bhutta Advocate President of this Trust said that, Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that violates different clauses of law. Sexual harassment consists of unwanted, unwelcome sexual advances or sexual conduct in the workplace that has the effect of unreasonably interfering with a person's work performance. This type of behavior can create an intimidating or hostile work environment. (2) Seminar on international women's rights and international peace. Organized on 8 march 2006 Mubashir Bhutta human rights organized seminars on International Women's Rights and International Peace. On this occasion Mubaashir bhutta advocate the president of the organization said that, women in Pakistan is facing problem because of the law Hudood ordinance and he demands from the government of Pakistan to amend this law as soon as possible. he also demands from the government to take practical steps in making law to control honors killings and illegal customs such as karo kari and char.
