Mubashir Bhutta Human Rights  (MBHR) was established in January, 2000 and registered in February 2003 under the Deed of Trust.  Its focus is to promote HUMAN RIGHTS within public & in its quest to fulfill the rights for humanity.   As we believe that justice is for everyone and rights for everyone

Our Goals of (MBHR) for Humanity

  • Awareness of law & education in the  jails.

  • Provide legal aid in jails.

  • Provide protection & legal aid to the poor & needy people.

  • Establish human rights , law awareness & education in the  society.

(1) Awareness & education of law in jails

We educate the people those are sentenced and spending their lives in jails.  As legal awareness is the first step towards the good society.   We provide them education of law & awareness with the aim that after their punishment they could play great role in the society being a good citizen. 

Pursuing this goal, we are establishing the chain of educational institutions to educate prisoners in the jails.  We provide institutions all necessary needs, as they could be able to educate all the surviving prisoners.

(2) Provide Legal Aid in Jails

(MBHR) is working for the people those are in the jails for any reason even they are needy & as poor as they can not afford the lawyers or by any reasons, they are not allowed to approach to the lawyers such as they are in extreme need.

Our aim is to establish a network of lawyers in all cities of the world so that they could contact and help the people in all jails in the world.   With the aim that no one could remain helpless being a poor and access to lawyers.   For the people of the great God on every corner of the Pakistan, we are spreading our network all over the country.

(3) Provide protection. legal aid to the poor &needy people.

On the other side our doors are also open for the people those are out side the jails and need our legal aid to protect them, we are ready to open our umbrella of shelter for every single person who is in search of justice.  As our aim is to help the helpless.

 (MBHR) while establishing the network of the lawyer’s team is also considering the need of protection and legal aid to the poor and needy people.   Our network of lawyers is ready to assist them 24 hours round the clock and 365 days of the year.

(4)  Establish human rights , law awareness & education in the society.

Ruling of law creates good society.  In addition, human rights and law awareness play great role in this chain it is always appreciated that to obey the law not to break the law.  Where people are not aware about their rights obviously they cannot protect their rights and themselves as well.

 (MBHR) is also providing human rights and law awareness in the society we are organizing seminars and workshops on different legal issues.   Our aim is to establish institutions and law colleges in all major cities.   In order we could educate the generation to play a great role in our society
